Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

If a package is believed to be lost or stolen:

  2. Check with neighbors, household members, or building management.
  3. Contact the carrier directly.
  4. Notify JDF LLC for assistance in initiating a carrier claim when applicable.

JDF LLC cannot guarantee reimbursement for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

Damaged Shipments

If an item arrives damaged:

  • Contact JDF LLC within 3 business days of delivery.
  • Provide photographs of the item, packaging, and shipping label.
  • We will evaluate the claim and determine whether a replacement, exchange, or refund is appropriate.

Multiple Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately based on inventory availability or shipping efficiency.

Customers will not be charged additional shipping fees for split shipments unless otherwise disclosed.
