JDF LLC Return & Refund Policy
Returns
- Returns accepted within 14 days of purchase (or delivery for online orders).
- Items must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In original condition
- With all tags attached
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
Refunds
- Refunds issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
Store Credit
- Returns made between 15 and 30 days after purchase may receive store credit at management's discretion.
- Store credit never expires.
Final Sale Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Clearance or markdown merchandise
- Seasonal or holiday items
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Gift cards
- Intimate apparel, earrings, or other hygiene-sensitive items
Damaged or Defective Merchandise
- Customers must notify JDF LLC within 3 days of receipt.
- Photos may be required.
- JDF LLC will provide a replacement, exchange, or refund as appropriate.
Exchanges
- Exchanges accepted within 14 days for size, color, or comparable merchandise, subject to availability.
Online Orders
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or shipped incorrectly.
- Return tracking is recommended.
Non-Receipt of Orders
- Claims for lost shipments must be reported within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
Additional Protection for Your Boutique
Include the following statement on receipts and your website:
"JDF LLC reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this policy or that appear fraudulent, abusive, or inconsistent with normal consumer purchasing behavior."
