JDF LLC Return & Refund Policy

Returns

  • Returns accepted within 14 days of purchase (or delivery for online orders).
  • Items must be:
    • Unused and unworn
    • In original condition
    • With all tags attached
    • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Refunds

  • Refunds issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Store Credit

  • Returns made between 15 and 30 days after purchase may receive store credit at management's discretion.
  • Store credit never expires.

Final Sale Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Clearance or markdown merchandise
  • Seasonal or holiday items
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Gift cards
  • Intimate apparel, earrings, or other hygiene-sensitive items

Damaged or Defective Merchandise

  • Customers must notify JDF LLC within 3 days of receipt.
  • Photos may be required.
  • JDF LLC will provide a replacement, exchange, or refund as appropriate.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges accepted within 14 days for size, color, or comparable merchandise, subject to availability.

Online Orders

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or shipped incorrectly.
  • Return tracking is recommended.

Non-Receipt of Orders

  • Claims for lost shipments must be reported within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

Additional Protection for Your Boutique

Include the following statement on receipts and your website:

"JDF LLC reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this policy or that appear fraudulent, abusive, or inconsistent with normal consumer purchasing behavior."
